General Terms

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-12 hours after being placed. Orders made on Friday evening and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.
  • Shipping:
    • Canada Shipping: Expect delivery within 1-4 business days.
    • US Shipping: Delivery within 1-4 business days.
    • Delivery times may extend to 5-8 business days for remote areas and military regions.
    • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow ample time for your order to arrive.

Returns and Exchanges

  • General Returns:

    • Contact our Customer Care at info@lashee.com before attempting to return any items.
    • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
    • Options available: refund or exchange.
    • Customer covers return shipping costs.

  • Faulty Items:

    • Report defects within 5 days of receipt to extend the return period.
    • Contact Customer Care for reporting and guidance.

  • Return Process:

    • Must be approved by Customer Care.
    • Use a trackable shipping method; Lashee is not liable for loss or damage during return shipping.
    • Exchanges or refunds are processed only after item verification.

  • Refunds:

    • Issued after items are inspected by our Distribution Centre.
    • Allow up to 10 business days for processing.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges:

    • Follow the same conditions as returns.
    • If the new item costs more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Replacements

For items under warranty that break or malfunction:

  • Contact Customer Care for possible replacement or a suitable alternative if the original item is unavailable.
