Return Policy
General Returns
Should you wish to return an item for any reason, we kindly ask you to first reach out to our Customer Care team by emailing info@lashee.com. This initial contact will allow us to discuss the specifics of your case and provide you with detailed instructions for your return.
You have the right to return any item that is unwanted and unused, provided it remains in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
For items that are returned, you may choose between a refund or an exchange for an alternative item.
Faulty Items
In the rare instance that an item is defective or ceases to function properly within its warranty period, we may extend the 14-day return period. Should you receive a faulty item, it is imperative that you report the fault to our Customer Care team within 5 days of receiving the item.
Return Process
Before returning any items, you must consult with our Customer Care team. Failure to do so could result in the non-acceptance of your return.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Lashee will not assume liability for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment.
We advise sending returns with a tracking option, as refunds or exchanges can only be issued once the returned item has been received and verified by our team.
Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within the 14-day period and after inspection by our goods-in department. Items that are damaged upon arrival at our warehouse or have been used are not eligible for a refund.
Refund processing will begin once the returned items have been received and inspected by our Distribution Centre team. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Please note, original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
The same conditions for returns apply to exchanges. Should the exchange item be less expensive than the original item, Lashee will refund the difference or offer store credit. If the new item is more costly, Lashee reserves the right to request the additional payment from the customer, determined on a case-by-case basis.
Replacements
For items that break or malfunction within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance. If a replacement item is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative.
